{"id":1239,"date":"2016-02-04T10:51:08","date_gmt":"2016-02-04T09:51:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.bastidedefontvieille.com\/?page_id=1239"},"modified":"2025-04-29T14:34:29","modified_gmt":"2025-04-29T13:34:29","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bastidedefontvieille.com\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Terms and conditions<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>La Bastide de Fontvieille is a private domain exclusively reserved for its residents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your reservation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of your stay will be required (with a minimum of one night), payable by bank cheque, bank transfer, or with a credit card number (VISA or Mastercard).<\/li>\n<li>On request, we can organize your transfer from the rail stations of Toulon, Marseille or Aix en Provence, as well as from the airports of Toulon\/Hy\u00e8res and Marseille-Provence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your stay<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the day of your arrival, we will be happy to welcome you between 4pm and 7pm &#8211; However, please inform us (when possible) of the approximate time of your arrival the day before, so that we can make sure to welcome you in the best way.<\/li>\n<li>During your stay, we will regularly intervene in the room to ensure optimal comfort.<\/li>\n<li>Breakfast is served, depending on the weather conditions, on the large terrace or in our living room between 08:30 and 10:00 am.<\/li>\n<li>Our rooms and suites are all non-smoking<\/li>\n<li>It is forbidden to eat in the rooms or within the bastide grounds. We will be able to advise you of many restaurants near the Bastide.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For your information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All our rooms are for 2 people without possibility of adding an extra bed<\/li>\n<li>We regret that we are unable to accept our pet friends<\/li>\n<li>The field configuration including the proximity of the river is not suitable for children.<\/li>\n<li>Unfortunately, the premises are not adapted to accommodate people with reduced mobility.<\/li>\n<li>Suites and rooms are proposed on a weekly basis during the months of July and August.<\/li>\n<li>The suite &#8220;Le Puits&#8221; is available:\n<ul>\n<li>From March to June and from September to October: choice of Bed and Breakfast (with breakfast) or Cottage (without breakfast but with Kitchen equipment available) &#8211; If the kitchen area is used during a stay booked as a bed and breakfast, an additional 20\u20ac per day may be requested<\/li>\n<li>July &#8211; August: in &#8220;Cottage&#8221; formula only (without breakfast), provision of equipment (gas hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine). All the necessary cooking equipment will also be provided (sponge, dish soap, dishcloths, cutlery\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>As part of the Cottage package, we will provide you with the necessary equipment (gas hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine); as well as all the necessary kitchen equipment (sponge, dish soap, dishcloths, cutlery..). Cleaning costs at the end of the stay are included in the price of the night.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Departure<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the day of your departure, please plan to leave the room before 11:00 am (unless special arrangements are made).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In case of cancellation of your stay<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The deposit will be refunded for any cancellation confirmed by email to bastidedefontvieille@gmail.com and notified more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
